September 24-October 1

Thursday night: baked sweet potatoes & chili
Sunday: Lasagna (Kel & friends)
Monday: Green bean mushroom casserole (already made) possible meeting
Tuesday: Mushroom pasta bake
Wednesday: Mexican lasagna (see below)
Thursday: Flex (leftovers/cook more)


To do:
par boil lasagna noodles
make lasagna sauce
mix cheese for lasagna
assemble lasagna

Cook pasta for bake
cook sauce for bake
assemble bake

toast tortillas (chips?)
mix chicken mixture for mex. las.
assemble mex. las.

3/4 pounds (340 grams) fresh mushroom, sliced (more if you want them in the chili or lasagna)
carrots (for lasagna and chili)
celery (for lasagna and chili)

1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted if you can find them
 
Rotisserie chicken

Milk
Good butter
Dipping yogurt
4 oz cream cheese
15 oz ricotta cheese
4 ounces (115 grams) mozzarella, cut into small cubes
