Sunday: Morning bread pudding; Baked eggs; lunch out; dinner: Grill *make pesto, casserole, soup*(Coopers in town)
Monday: Spinach Pesto with Pasta 
Tuesday: Broccoli, cheddar and wild rice casserole
Wednesday: something from the freezer? (G pm meeting)
Thursday: Tri-color Matzo ball soup
Friday: Fish with whatever veggies look good (Coopers in town)

Groceries for the recipes:

1 pound broccoli
19 oz baby spinach leaves
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
5 oz mushrooms

1 tablespoon tofu, silken

1/3 cup heavy cream11 tablespoons unsalted butter
14 large eggs
1 egg white
1/2 cup grated parmesan
8 ounces cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
1 cup mascarpone cheese
2 cups whole milk
 
10 to 12-ounce loaf brioche or challah bread
1/4 cup walnuts

almond extract


freshly grated nutmeg
ground turmeric
cayenne pepper

ground mustard powder or smooth Dijon

1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups pasta, cooked
1 tablespoons tomato paste 
1 cup matzo ball mix (usually both bags out of a box).
2/3 cup uncooked wild rice blend, rinsed 
Chicken broth (6 cups?)
